Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment, a nonrefundable retainer of [50%] of the cost is required to secure your time slot. This retainer is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time, or for no-shows the full amount will be charged.
I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts myself and other clients. This policy is in place to ensure that I can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all my clients.
If your plans change, I recommend you contact me in advance so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
